bezier.html confused me, so I rewrote it to give back to the Linux Wacom Project.

Improvements:

labeled axes
start and end points can no longer be moved
control points can no longer be moved out of bounds
threshold was removed because it is independent of the pressure curve
live-updating copy & pastable command
the code is more readable
