Use hook eme_delete_event_action

Hi,
Some members have rights to create and delete events. I would like to use the eme_delete_event_action hook to send me an email when this happens. This doesn't seem to work. When they delete an event in the admin, it goes into the trash. That's the hook I need. Does it exist?
For information, here is the tested code:

The delete action is when the event actually gets removed from the database. But when people move an event to trash, this action is not fired of course. In fact there was no action there. The next version will have eme_trash_event_action for this.
