Changes

Changes since the last release in 2018:

• Authoriser stores stuff (owner, trusted etc) to the linkset, not notecard
• Heelsize (if worn) is taken into account with animation offsets (AO+collar)
• Nearly all artwork assets have been replaced with new originals
• New (optimized) relay is now the default, smartstrip re-enabled
• Relay has option to always allow attaching things even when restrained/stripped
• When rezzed, the core prims show visibly as in pie-slices (if the slice is not a LED)
• Persistant blocklist as big as 8 times the number of blocklist prims linked (default 8x2 slots)
• All known XEngine/YEngine incompatibilities mitigated
• Better persistence of settings on AO and Owners HUD, including button layout
• Owners HUD shows the initial of the sub's name if no photo is found
• Updater/installer autodetects installation type
• Retire Bookmarks apps because of mantis 8366 and hypergrid-woes
• Grabbypost is now fully working (ported from OC 3.x)
• Better looking ribbon (silk) particles
• Do a distance check before re-leashing
• Fix AO HUD position on recent OpenSim builds
