Issue description

When I play guilty gear from ps1 on retroarch pcsx, the game has a yellow line glitch in two parts of the game

Step-by-step reproduction and logs

This happens in the part where it says now loading in the game's intro and in the part after the Atlus logo appears, I will leave two photos of the problems that have been occurring, could you fix this problem please?

@notaz I saw some videos about the guilty gear of the ps1, this yellow line only appears in the now loading part which is from this first photo that I sent but it appears higher up, in the part of the second photo in the video this yellow line does not appear

I've tested this on my old console and the line is definitely there. The game is also changing resolution at this time, so some TVs show black screen while they are adjusting to the new resolution (like in your video), my TV becomes unstable but the line is clearly visible. The line would be stable on an old CRT TV from the 90s.
