This is the third bugfix release for the 1.5 series. This fixes a small issue with the stanalone headers tests in 1.5.2.

This is the second bugfix release for the 1.4 series. Commit 5912de9 addresses a compilation issue in newer compilers that was originally pointed out in #2710.

This is a bugfix release that backports the change discussed in #1754, #1755.

The main purpose of this release is to backport the bundled NetCDF 4.3.1 -> 4.4.1.1 update to the 1.2.0 release, plus fix a few other minor bugs/issues that have popped up in the meantime.
