Need to integrate Behat and PHPSpec3

We can bring back BehatSpec extension once they support PHPSpec3 ( richardmiller-zz/BehatSpec#5 )

Integration is now done on 7.0.x-dev (develop branch) via dev-master of rmiller\behat-spec package. Will leave it open until richardmiller-zz/BehatSpec#32 is done and tagged version of BehatSpec is released.

Closing this as we are temporarily using leanphp/behat-phpspec (temporary fork of BehatSpec with tagged 0.6.x).
