Update cleanup-ttl-controller-errors.md (#1470)

In the Kyverno Documentation left menu, there is no way to distinguish the "Cleanup Controller Errors Count" from the "Cleanup TTL Controller Errors Count" as both are described as "Cleanup Controller Errors Count". This change would reflect in the left menu what is specific to the TTL controller.
