Island box offset wrong?

I was poking at things a bit and I noticed that for whatever reason when I edit my island box contents the editor's version of things starts on the 9th slot, whereas everything appears correct on the online editor. Now I'm a bit worried that by editing the last eight slots in NLSE I may have overwritten something important...
