No, it is not abandoned.
You can find responses in the issue tracker here: https://github.com/kusterlab/prosit/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aclosed
It is likely that in the last few month people are busy due to upcoming ASMS, but usually project members respond as soon as they have time.
@gessulat I find it funny that you're not associated with the project anymore, yet you're the person who responded to this in 2 days that have passed :)
I asked a basic question about dlib download availability here - says Server Error 500 - 2 months ago with no response.
We are slowly migrating toward different repos. We are now offering a server which you can host on your own here: https://github.com/wilhelm-lab/koina and we sharing our internal pipeline where we generate spectral libraries and rescore search engine results here https://github.com/wilhelm-lab/oktoberfest.
We still offer also the online server which we are also maintaining https://www.proteomicsdb.org/prosit/
For the dlib we had an issue with the old dlibs generated it was deleted during migration. You can regenerate them on the online server with csv files or use Oktoberfest and input fasta file. We will try to update the online dlibs soon as well.
Best,
Wassim
