Added/refactored some Actix functionality to support more use cases.
Let me know if you have any comments.

Features

  • Add support for guards & scopes to the Actix server implementation.
  • Add skip(..)/skip_all/rename attributes to oasgen macro.
  • Impl OaScheme for &str.

Refactor

  • OaParameter impl for Actix Path to support structs.
  • OaParameter impl for QsQuery to be the same as Actix Query.
