feat(k8s): set allowPrivilegeEscalation to false

Motivation

We don't set allowPrivilegeEscalation, but it's unnecessary since our process runs with a different UID, and the kuma-dp container does not require escalation.

Implementation information

Set explicitly allowPrivilegeEscalation to false.
