[Umbrella] Improve KubeZoo's support for public clouds

This is an umbrella tracking the items that improve KubeZoo's support for public clouds:

• [Proposal] KubeZoo supports using service account tokens to identify tenants without sa.pub and sa.key #35
• feat: create coredns service for tenants #29
• [Proposal] Adapt Virtual Kubelet providers to KubeZoo's tenant mechanism #36

Why is this needed?

Public clouds typically provide managed K8s services (such as Volcano Engine VKE, AWS EKS, GCP GKE) and serverless container services (such as Volcano Engine VCI, AWS Fargate, Azure ACI).

Based on KubeZoo, Virtual Kubelet, and these cloud services, users can easily build a lightweight and powerful multi-tenant K8s platform on the public cloud, and further build their own SaaS services based on this platform. This is an example of building a serverless database service on public clouds.

Therefore, we need to improve KubeZoo's support for public clouds.
