Feature Request: Provide an option to disable caching when listing resources

Is your feature request related to a problem?

When listing resources, a reflector is initiated, leading to an excessive number of reflectors, particularly in cases where label or field selectors return no results.

Solution you'd like

To address this, an option to disable caching should be introduced, similar to the existing approach for GetResourcee where a cache field can be set to false. Disabling the cache this way would allow queries to be performed directly without starting a reflector.
