This PR updates robotframework from 7.0 to 7.0.1.

Changelog

7.0.1

[Robot Framework](http://robotframework.org/) 7.0.1 is the first and the only planned bug fix release in the Robot Framework 7.0.x series. The only bigger enhancement it contains is the new Japanese [localization](https://robotframework.org/robotframework/latest/RobotFrameworkUserGuide.html#localization) (5069).

Robot Framework 7.0.1 was released on Monday June 10, 2024. For more information see the [full release notes](https://github.com/robotframework/robotframework/blob/master/doc/releasenotes/rf-7.0.1.rst).
