This has more fast and refactored changes

This release includes updates to the DBAccess and JanusEventsFactory classes. The DBAccess class has been enhanced to utilize a fixed thread pool, replacing the previous single thread executor. Additionally, the JanusEventsFactory class has been updated to manage video room events, specifically events related to participants joining and leaving.
