Handling shouldRevalidate and clientLoader

Hi @kiliman,

It's been a while, but in our triage of #19, you mentioned that shouldRevalidate and clientLoader weren't yet handled.

Do you have in mind to what extent they do/don't work? Is it something you're interested in adding support for, or does the imminent arrival of RRv7 kinda place the middleware plugin on the back burner?

Thanks again for your work, happy to lend some time if there's contribution areas you know of.
