As far as i know discord is not working with redm..redm cant detect if discord is running on a player...
but yeah it can send mgs etc

RedM does not have full Discord integration yet, only Discord Rich Presence functions were added recently. Players will not receive a discord: identifier with their Discord user ID, so you wouldn't be able to do something like the example where you check if a player is in a Discord guild yet on RedM, only on FiveM.

Just in case you are not aware, discord identifier is available at the moment for RedM, no idea since when tho.
