Describe the bug
When I'm connected via BT, I'm noticing many dropped keystrokes. The issue resolves if I plug in via USB-C.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Connect a developer edition Preonic via BT
  • Type a few sentences
  • See dropped keystrokes happen

Expected behavior
I expect no keystrokes to drop.

Environment (please complete the following information):

Additional context
FWIW, I've had this experience to a degree with a Nuphy Halo96 as well, but not as bad.

Sample text from @withfoam:

I'm switching between them now and it seems good. Actually just as good as USB.
I don't see too many dropped kstrokes, but ycan see what' hppening h.
This is currently over BT. Getting random keystrokes when my speed picks up, but then sometimes, it's totally ok.
(Like just now)
This is a long sentence that I'm writing. Trying to see any dropped keystrokes. I'm not seeing any now, but I guess sometimes, it just grabs some.
Odd.

I think my plan is to improve retries for bluetooth sends and also deepen the keyscanner queue.
