2 tbsp soy sauce
Salted butter 20g

bring to a boil
add ingredients

add butter

Show Miso
Slice Shiitake with cross
Slice Napa
Slice Leek
Chop Greens
Cut tofu
Cut Salmon

Konbu in pot
Add 1L water
Bring to Boil
Remove konbu
reduce to medium
Add sake
	mirin
	soy
	miso
Add Veg
Cook until Tender
Add Salmon
Cook until done
Add butter
Serve
