Osctrl Lab playground

vagrant up

This will take care of spinning up the following virtual machines:

A main osctrl-dev VM running on ubuntu 20.04. This has the main osctrl admin running

Node Vms:

You can access the osctrl web interface by navigating to https://10.0.0.50:8443 (or the ip that you change it to in the Vagrantfile)
