Using qrcode-generator as a node library #12

Hi

After these two are merged

Add license and package.json #10 add package.json
Universal module definition #11 export qrcode

The only extra step is to publish on npm.

From the js folder

npm adduser
npm publish ./

Indeed, I just verified with npm install qrcode-generator and it works nicely
