Thanks for this repo, which is helpful for my academic research.
Unfortunately, some of the content does not seem to match the DOJ website for regulations.
For example, on the DOJ website, SI-2017-76 does not provide the text of the relevant statutory instrument, and instead indicates that the consolidations no longer include provincial criminal court rules:
By contrast, in this repo SI-2017-76.xml includes the text of the relevant statutory instrument as it was in 2019, with no indication that this is no longer current.
Am I missing something?
If not, it would be helpful if there were a tag that could allow for a programmatic way to exclude out of date regs without having to scrape the html of the live DOJ site.

Thanks for raising this. A couple years ago a decision was made to no longer update and publish the various provincial court rules regulations, but to keep available the last version that we had. Our system was not designed for this possibility, so we manually override the web pages with the warning message. The leftover xml was overlooked. I think the right solution here is to remove those files from this repository, as this is meant to represent the current consolidation. Our team will discuss and sort it out next week. Thanks again.
