Look to trigger SMTP messages when a specific Message Level is sent.

Might look into a sub module to handle more SMTP related flags compared to Send-MailMessage. As is Send-MailMessage uses a deprecated API. This API could be used still as a option but should look into pulling in MailKit and use it as primary SMTP message handler.
