I haven't done it myself, but looking at the documentation (https://jomjol.github.io/AI-on-the-edge-device-docs/External-LED/) it IMO should be clear. You need some WS2812 LEDs and must wire them to the GPIO 12 + power supply. |

Dear,
I just started my journey with ESP32 and for me with AI on the Edge to read my gasmeter.
My ESP also came "in the flavor" of an ESP32 CAM+ corresponding mainboard (which is a good start for flashing).
The next step for me would be to remove the mainboard and to add the corresponding external LED.
I really tried to understand the wiring diagram, however ... I failed.
The question that I have is how the 5V and the GND wiring is really done. In a 220V environment, I would use a Wago-element- but how can this be achieved with DuPont wiring?
Thank you for supporting me 😄
Regards
Philip
