New nodetype newsfilter

This release introduces a new nodetype JohannesSteu.Neos.News:NewsFilter. Just add a node of this type on a page where a newslist ist stored and a filter over all rendered news in that list will be build. Right now you can only filter for publishDate

New author node

This release adds a new node type JohannesSteu.Neos.News:Author. There is also a new typoscript prototype to render a list with news for a given author
