$ and ^ cause a jump. Text isn't selected and walls are skipped. The README defines these as "move to the end of the line" and "move to the beginning of the line". g and G have similar definitions, despite causing the cursor to teleport without selecting text in between.

The README should be updated to distinguish between actions that cause the cursor to jump (teleport without selecting text, can jump over walls, etc) and move (select text while moving; can't move through walls, etc).

Fixed this in my fork; however, I've also added jumps that obey the walls; t/T/f/F - otherwise they are overpowered.
