After looking at some of the maps from http://www.mapfiend.net/ the majority are crap. Looking at the showeq ones, they are far far nicer and clean.

The formatting is different though.
L,line_name,gray,43,339,71,339,41,279,41,279,-15,261,-18,200,-28,100,-48,-8,-48,-8,31,-51,99,-48,99,-48,148,-46,148,-45,161,-48,161,-48,211,-88,280,-88,301,-208,301,-298,390,-298,799,-208,889,209,889,297,799,299,390,209,301,89,301,89,280,49,210,49,162,46,161,46,150,49,149,50,99,52,99,9,30,10,-30,100,-30,200,9,261,0,261,59,321,60,321,75

I will have to investigate the difference. It is certainly better than what is on mapfiend.

After a bit more research it seems that the showeq maps and mapfiend maps are sorta 1<->1. mapfiend are 'improved' versions.

I'll still look at a converter
