[Cannot change font color in Chrome]

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
(1) Create text
(2) Highlight text
(3) Change Font Color under Text Properties section

Expected behavior
Change the color of the text

I tested the problem in incognito/private mode with all browser extensions switched off, write "yes" below:

I was able to change the text color in Firefox
