Service update

Fixes in this release:

• Omnikdataloggerproxy does not longer try to TCP forward updates to the solarman servers by default. You need to configure omniklogger to 176.58.117.69 to enable that feature.
• Docs were updated. Docker command binds config to /config.yaml or /config.ini.
