First drop of the kernel which brings together the previous components in a loop over some input. Replaced the simulated compilation with a call to the kernel loop in the main
blue.asm. This demonstrates parsing blue code and compiling a standalone elf executable. The kernel still needs theinterpretive danceroutine fromscratch/demo.asmported over in order to allow stack effect handling and calling of user defined functions at compile time.
