Glenn S and I ran into this today. We waited for 15 minutes to be told that our Route53 zone didn't exist. It would have been nice to be told about that much earlier in the create_cluster.yml playbook...

This resolves issues jaredhocutt#4 (keypair_path), jaredhocutt#7 (route53_hosted_zone), and jaredhocutt#55 (rhcos_ami)

Edit: Commit amended to include the removal of TODO comments from aws_create.yml
