I added an electrostatic example for the IonOptix chamber.

Fenics 19 abstract

This release features besides the two examples for electrostatics and electroquasistatics two examples related to the heat equation:

• the natural convection BC (a Robin BC) has been implemented. In the HeatRobinBC example, it is shown to converge to a NAFEMS benchmark result. Stationary as well as time-dependent solution are presented.
• a first RF ablation study is shown. Also, a surface impedance condition for the electro(quasi-)static equation has been implemented.

First Release for EMBC contribution

This release features the current state right before the EMBC submission.
First examples are to be found. They are submitted to the EMBC as a full paper and can be replicated using this release.
