QC review of the segmentations: GT vs model prediction

Instructions:

1. Download the qc_for_review.zip file
2. Unzip the file.
3. Open the index.html file in the browser of your choice (Chrome is recommended). This will open the QCing interface.
4. Once you have done this, you can:
   • go through the segmentations with the up ↑ and down ↓ arrows on your keyboard (note that segmentations for identical subjects are consecutive)
   • you can toggle the segmentations using the right → and left ← arrow on your keyboard
   • TO GRADE: you can press 1 to 5 on your keyboard to assign a Likert scale to the segmentation currently displayed. You can remove a grading by typing 0
5. Once you are done with the evaluation of the segmentation you should press "Save All" at the bottom left. This will export a .json file which contains the gradings you have just done
6. Send us the .json file so that we can compute the performances

Click "Display Columns" on the top left. Only keep the columns "File" and "Rank".
