[Feature Request] Book Style Journals openable in enhanced browser

Hi, I'm not sure if something changed with v12 but since version v11.11 of Enhanced Journal I've no longer been able to see the page content for the foundry vanilla style "book" journals in the enhanced browser (it worked previously). I do see the pages listed in the sidebar but there is no content for them in the main panel.

Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally to enable foundry journals to be viewable in enhanced browser. Or if not to enable them to "Open outside Enhanced browser" by default as a workaround (including when accessed via map notes).
