Hide "Show Players" options if fully invalid

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I kept attempting to show a journal entry to players in chat, but the button was always greyed out. I found the reason and apparently it only works for MEJ entries and ONLY if that MEJ has an image attached (such as a person's portrait). I could find no documentation on this.

Describe the solution you'd like
Primary: Hide the Image, Image (no title), and Chat options if they are not applicable to the MEJ entry.
Secondary: Allow posting journal entry text to chat. I use weather in a campaign and I'd like to post the day's conditions (including links to effects) in the chat.
