RxJS is updating their doc site, and the homepage of the current site is automatically redirecting to the new site. Deep links don't redirect.

Current site: http://reactivex.io/rxjs
New site: https://rxjs-dev.firebaseapp.com/
New site repo: https://github.com/ReactiveX/rxjs-docs

Whenever they fully switch over, we should update any broken links.
