You have to import the Database file in your Xampp Server. This will create the tables and required data in columns. Now copy all the PHP files in "htdocs" folder in your Xampp Directory, Now all set. Just launch the Apache and Mysql Server and goto localhost/index.php You will see the login page of this project.
