Currently the provider.engine.velocity cpntains two TemplateUtil-Klasses. Their methods are available from the template files. A mechanism would be helpful to allow the user to register an own TemplateUtil so that during runtime it is added to the velocity engine. This would allow the user to use own TemplateUtil methods in the template files.
