Ring node produce no outputs

I read several issues about this same behaviour and they helped me to have a proper configuration but it still doesn't work. I have nodered in a docker and I configured properly the ports to be forwarded to the container. In fact nodered node "udp in" produce readings constantly. And, interesting, the message received in udp in when doorbird button is pressed is different from the ones produced otherwise. Info Node produce the output properly, and I have a dashboard with right image and video, as well.
At this points I'm running out of ideas, so I'd appreciate any guidance or hints on how to proceed next.
