Things that need to be done:
TAFXplorer

  • * remove login
  • * test webservices show only published code
  • * tailor search page to webservice on get list of assessment repos

API

  • * point api to published code folder
  • * return full set of information on list of assessments
  • * correct EG,
  • * ecoregion,
  • * purpose
  • * model type

Server

  • * publish only code to published folder

  • * api for publish

  • * do a data profiling tool for code only app

FIGURE OUT WHERE TO DEPLOY! (hopefully production shiny server)
