Drafting the AIMS manual, I started wondering if we ever discussed whether it is OK to delete Case Category Keys?
It seems straight forward that we shouldn't delete Case Categories if there are associated cases, but what about the keys? I guess the key can change during a Case Category lifestyle, but the question is whether we should just deactivate the fields not in use anymore instead of deleting. I am not sure what are the repercussions of deleting a key field entirely. This seems like something that RMG should discuss

@mehdiabbasi do you have any thoughts or insights on this?

Fine to deactivate and not delete keys.

@pcrjoana @MariaMakri The key should not be deleted, changed, or deactivated during the Case Category lifestyle. If it is needed to change Case Category keys, either create a new Case Category or manually do the process of changing keys which is very time-consuming
