Emodnet moved from type of plastic to the material.
I tried to follow it in our TYPPL, but this can be an issue for DATRAS.

As a solution, i could move the relevant materials to DOME PARAM, and leave the old TYPPL be.

Only Lithuania and Scotland use this field at all, only three values of it: PP, PE and PET.
Will pass the question to WGML chairs but its use seems quite reduced.
