Made a branch called test-on-amazon-linux and updated the installers workflow.

GitHub Actions can't check out code on Amazon Linux because tar is missing.

Error: Unable to locate executable file: tar. Please verify either the file path exists or the file can be found within a directory specified by the PATH environment variable. Also check the file mode to verify the file is executable.

Make an action to prepare Amazon Linux for GitHub Actions.
