Allow grabbing a window only when the mouse starts dragging

Coming from KZDKM/Hyprspace#92

To summary, when Super+Clicking on a window, don't grab the window yet until the mouse starts dragging. This helps with the Hyprspace plugin (and possibly other plugins/use cases) where you click to exit the overview while the cursor happens to be on a window, which triggers a very short grab, potentially destroying the layout.

I think it's best to have this implemented behind an option, benefiting users who need this while keeping the default behavior for the rest
