An adult (newcomer or refugee) living in Brussels or able to travel to Brussels, someone who really needs and is looking for assistance. Someone who is willing to build a relationship with a Giver, to connect, share experiences and be integrated into society.

- An adult who has been referred by an organization to be a potential Needer.
- Someone who exhibits the characteristics of a Needer.
Potential Giver:
