Hi @hyeshik
First of all thank you for a great tool.
It seems that it hasn't been updated in a while, so maybe it would be possible to add support for .fast5 files basecalled using Guppy v5.0.11? Albacore is not that easily accessible right now, so support for guppy would be great!
My main issue is that using Poreplex is only able to assign barcodes in 50% of total reads, so there is huge loss of data.
In particular, I used BC1 and BC2, but after Poreplex, I get 25% BC1, 25% BC2 and 50% undetermined. I assume this is because Poreplex was taught using .fast5 files basecalled with Albacore and not Guppy.
Thank you!
