Seeding games use RAM too, 4 games seeding will use more RAM.

As you can see in my prints, even seeding only one game leads to consume all of my RAM

So, in this torrent side: Everything stands on the ‘‘sharing is caring’’ motto. When you download any file, you are also sharing a part of the downloaded portion as packets. It’s called seeding. Now, seeding does need a little more ram than downloading. So when you became a peer, that is when you have already downloaded a portion of the files, you are both downloading and uploading. That’s the main reason why it needs extra ram then normal downloaders.

I know what seeding means, what i'm telling is that when seeding 0kb/s of a game, ANY game, hydra consumes all of your RAM, i'm seeding Satisfactory rn and my ram usage is normal:

But if i seed Days gone in 0kb/s my ram goes rocket

It seems that when Hydra is trying to find someone to share my seeding it consumes all of my RAM, tried to replicate this with other games but when it started seeding with more than 0b/s the RAM usage normalizes, but in the process my RAM usage still went up.

Bro, its 32 GB of DDR5 RAM 5600 MHz (Dual-Channel), i'm pretty convinced that it isn't supposed to consume it all.

It wasn’t, but in my guess you’re the only one seeding him, it’s a big game to seed, and not manybusers download it, everyone stops seeding after a while

Update your hydra, maybe 3.2.1 can solve this for you
