First you need to register in the application, and then sources are added

I noticed that you are from russia.

Please use this service in order to find out sources that are placed on Russian servers.

The problem you are experiencing is because of the links that are using cloudflare which is banned in Russia.

Follow this link and select Russian status.

Did you tried the links with the Russian status as well?
Also, try adding them with turned on VPN

I went there and when I click "Copy" nothing happens and if I click "Install" then I just get an endless download.

Just had an issue with vpn i suppose
