昨年末から 今年の 3 月頃までは今まで触ってこなかった技術スタックに戸惑いながらも、それなりにうまくこなせて順調に立ち上がれた感じがしていた。
Nuxt と Go で機能開発をしたり、問い合わせの調査でレガシーシステムのコードリーディングをしたり、見様見真似で EKS の設定をして CI/CD を整えたりなど、一定の動きはできていたと思う。

しかし、入社してしばらく経ってからは思ったように既存システムの理解が深まらずに入社直後と比べると勢いが落ちてしまったと自覚している。これは扱っているドメインがそもそも難しかったり、長い歴史を持っているサービスがゆえの複雑性だったりにうまく対処できずに、「なぜ自分はこんなに覚えが悪いのか」と思い悩む悪いループに入ってしまったように思える。ただ最近は尊敬する同僚と 1on1 で話したり、焦らずに腰を据えてじっくりコードを読むことで徐々に理解が進んでポジティブに取り組むことができている。

また、20 年弱続いているサービスの主要部分を Nuxt, Go といったモダンな技術スタックで開発できたり、もともと自分がユーザーでファンだったサービスに携われていることは改めて幸せなことだと感じている。
来年はしっかり成果を出して、社内で認められるような存在になりたい。

全然自慢できるようなことではないが AtCoder で茶色になれたのは個人的にとても嬉しかった。

AtCoder の精進を通して、基礎的なアルゴリズムを理解できたのと、仕事や何かを作る以外にプログラミングする習慣がついたのがよかった。

Go を仕事で書くようになってだいぶ手に馴染んで来たのもよかった。
TypeScript をずっと書いてきた身からすると、Union など型の表現ができないのが不満ではあるが、それ以外はとても書いていてしっくりくる言語だと感じる。特に goroutine で並行処理を書くのが楽しい。

2022 年から始めたマラソンは 2 回レースに出たが目標だったサブ 4 は達成できなかった。走る習慣自体も、以前は月 100km 以上走っていたが最近はほとんど達成できていないのでやばい。
来年は 4 月に長野マラソンに出走予定なのでそこまで継続してトレーニングしていきたい。
