Create full-user-rights bot on Lingualibre.org

Lingualibre will be back online. Lingualibre has both Wikibase and Mediawiki features, a small, reactive community, and fast access to bot status. I'am founding member there, admin, near Bureaucrate level. I propose to create there a full-user-rights bot, so Wikiapijs and Eggs could be freely. Edits and actions should be kept non disruptive : this bot should be doing only test on mock pages, and no actual contribution to mainspaces.

To do:

• Define bot purpose
• Find bot name
• Invite and welcome Kanasimi on Lili.
• Create bot on Lili
• Create bot page on Lili together with clear contribution rules.
• Grant access to @kanasimi
• Identify editable (mock) items : wikipages, wikidata elements, files pages, categories, users, etc.
• Recode a bit Eggs to align.
• Test live.
